Commissioning description of GLL500/7.5/S chain belt feeder

Close the feed gate, check the installation status of components, and confirm that there is no problem, professional personnel should start the motor (the motor must have normal operation protection) under the condition of ensuring safety. After no-load operation for 30min, check the good operation status of each component, and then put it into normal use. The amount of feed is mainly adjusted by adjusting the operating speed of the feeder. In general, the gate is not used for the adjustment of the amount of feed. It is only used to prevent the falling of the material and the wind at the top and bottom of the feeder during the maintenance of the feeder.

In the normal work of the feeder, daily inspection and maintenance should be carried out, mainly on the operation and wear of parts. In case of abnormal problems, please contact the manufacturer in time
