1. Main structure

1) funnel

Funnel is a short rectangular connection between the bin and the feeder box body. The upper flange of the funnel is matched with the bin opening flange, and the lower flange is connected with the material body to ensure that the incoming material can enter the bin effectively.

2) housing

The side plate and bottom plate are surrounded into a relatively closed box body to ensure that the upper incoming material can enter the upper scraper chain effectively, facilitating the material conveying from the opening to the next level conveying system, and ensuring that the material does not scatter.

3) gate

Placed between the funnel and the box, the gate is electro-hydraulic controlled and has the function of adjusting the conveying volume. When the gate is closed, the upper bin stops feeding and the feeder stops feeding; When the feeding machine needs to work, first start the feeding mechanical and electrical motor, the feeding machine begins to operate, then open the gate, so that the incoming material smoothly into the feeding trough, start the normal feeding. When each shift is out of service, the gate should be closed first, and then the material in the material tank should be cleared. 4) Chain and scraper conveying device

The chain is made of high-quality alloy steel structure, and the scraper is made of high-quality carbon structural steel forged and processed. The material is 45, with high strength and wear resistance. Convenient for continuous transportation. This scraper chain feeding mode greatly improves the service life of the equipment and is more suitable for conveying raw coal and other materials in mines with high bulk and gangue content.

5) Drive sprocket set, redirection sprocket set

The transmission sprocket is assembled with two driving sprocket wheels, which correspond to the redirected sprocket set. When the transmission mechanism drives the transmission sprocket set to rotate, the transmission sprocket set drives the plate roller chain and scraper for material conveying, and the conveying process is completed.

6) Transmission mechanism

Variable frequency motor is adopted to realize stepless speed regulation. The transmission is stable, reliable, easy to adjust speed, the user can adjust the speed according to the size of the incoming material. The output shaft and the head wheel are connected with a simple roller chain for easy replacement and long service life.

7) chassis

Welded by section steel, firm and stable, supporting the upper parts of the carrier.

The material in the bin enters the box body through the funnel frame and falls on the bottom plate and the plate chain scraper; When the driving drum begins to rotate driven by external power, it drives the plate chain to move, and the plate chain drives the scraper to drive the material on the bottom plate to guide the material outlet. The scraper in operation turns back after discharging at the outlet, and the material is continuously discharged from the outlet, thus completing the feeding process. A sweeper installed in the direction of the roller sweeps the material stuck to the scraper to avoid material scattering on the return side. Changing the size of the inlet can be achieved by adjusting the opening of the gate; To change the feed quantity, the speed of the plate chain can be changed by adjusting the speed of the output shaft of the CVT reducer, so as to change the feed quantity. To change the amount of feed, you can also change the motor speed by selecting a frequency converter, thus changing the amount of feed.

Installation instructions for GLL series chain belt coal feeder

1. The feeder can be installed separately or as a whole on site. During the separate installation, install the connection section at the warehouse opening, then install the guide groove, and then install the bottom plate and other components. In the overall installation, the connection section shall be installed in the bunker opening first, and then all other components shall be assembled. The overall hoisting and connection section shall be connected with bolts.

2. Conditions of use

A) Raw coal, ore and gangue of irregular shape in bulk shall be transported.

B) Working environment temperature -30 ℃~40℃

C) The composition of mine air shall meet the requirements of Article 100 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.

D) The working environment allows the existence of water flooding

Close the feed gate, check the installation status of components, and confirm that there is no problem, professional personnel should start the motor (the motor must have normal operation protection) under the condition of ensuring safety. After no-load operation for 30min, check the good operation status of each component, and then put it into normal use. The amount of feed is mainly adjusted by adjusting the operating speed of the feeder. In general, the gate is not used for the adjustment of the amount of feed. It is only used to prevent the falling of the material and the wind at the top and bottom of the feeder during the maintenance of the feeder.

In the normal work of the feeder, daily inspection and maintenance should be carried out, mainly on the operation and wear of parts. In case of abnormal problems, please contact the manufacturer in time.

GLL series chain belt coal feeder overhaul and maintenance

1. When the feeder is in use, enough coal should be stored in the bunker to avoid direct impact on the floor when the coal is loaded into the bunker.

2. Check whether the parts are loose or abnormal after monthly continuous work.

3. The transmission parts shall be checked every six months in a row. The parts of the pull rod must be kept in normal coordination.

4. All rotating parts shall be oiled once a month and checked once a quarter to observe the damage degree of bearings and seals and replace them in time when problems are found.

5. Maintenance of major components:

(1) Reduction gear

Check every six months, and clean or replace the lubricating oil on the rolling bearings and housing.

(2) Electric motors

According to the motor maintenance requirements.

Users' attention: lubricate moving parts regularly, check the running condition of each part, find out the reason in time and deal with the abnormal situation, and notify the manufacturer to deal with it if necessary; Close the gate when the empty warehouse is being repaired.
