Main structure and working principle of GLD4000/11/S weighing coal feeder

This series of feeder is composed of bottom frame, driving platform, funnel, gate, crank connecting rod mechanism and roller, etc. See the structure diagram for details. Its transmission principle: when the motor starts, through the elastic coupling, reducer, crank connecting rod device to drag the inclined bottom frame on the roller for linear reciprocating motion, the material will be uniformly discharged to transport machinery or other screening equipment.
