GLW series reciprocating coal feeder is used in coal mines and coal preparation plants to discharge raw or cleaned coal uniformly from coal silo and coal storage funnel, transfer to transportation equipment, or directly unload into screening equipment or other coal preparation equipment.

Working principle of GLW2000/37/S reciprocating feeder

Reciprocating coal feeder is mainly composed of funnel, box, gate, bottom plate, idler and driving device. The supporting roller is used to support the bottom plate. The bottom plate is driven by a driving device and moves in a regular reciprocating straight line on the supporting roller. The motion of the bottom plate in the direction of coal flow is called forward, while the motion of the bottom plate in the direction of coal flow is called reverse.
