Introduction of FQW40-20/W Mine pneumatic submersible pump

Fqw40-20 /W Mine pneumatic submersible pumps are used as conventional means of transportation. Reliable positioning and waterproof measures should be taken during transportation to prevent vibration and impact. Barbaric loading and unloading are strictly prohibited, and transportation with corrosive substances shall not be mixed. The product shall be stored in an upright position in a ventilated and dry warehouse, and shall not be stored with corrosive substances.

Common faults of fQW40-20 /W mine pneumatic submersible pump and troubleshooting methods

Phenomenon 1: cannot start

Fault cause:

1. After the air pump ceases to be used, the rock powder in the water precipitates to plug the gap between the impeller and the pump cover.

2. Due to stopping the wind and returning water, the water wheel is reversed and the nut of the water wheel is loosened, which makes the water wheel sink and the pump cover friction and makes it difficult to start.

3. Rust or other impurities on the inner wall of the air pipe will enter the cylinder and get the impeller stuck in the rotor slot, which cannot be blown out.

Exclusion methods:

1. Open the pump cover, remove impurities, and make the water wheel run freely, then use it.

2. Fill the spring washer and tighten the water wheel nut.

3. Open the cylinder and clean the rotor.

Phenomenon two: normal operation, but the flow down or not on the water, the pump in the water bubble.

Cause of failure: wear of skeleton oil seal or loose spring of seal ring

Elimination method: the air pump will be opened, replace the seal ring spring to tighten.

Phenomenon 4: exhaust pipe noise gradually decreased to disappear, the air pump operation stopped

Failure reason: The air pump runs for a long time. A large amount of compressed air is discharged from the exhaust pipe after diffusing through the cylinder, which takes away the surrounding heat energy and makes the inner wall of the exhaust pipe freeze, gradually blocking the exhaust pipe.

Elimination method: hit the exhaust rubber tube with a hard wooden stick, break the ice and blow away or stop the air supply, let it melt naturally before continuing to use. (Compressed air is best fitted with a dehydrating device)

Phenomenon 5: start operation is normal, but flow, head is not big.

Fault cause: 1. Low air pressure.

2. The filter hole on the antifouling cover (pump base) is blocked, and the water absorption is insufficient.

Exclusion methods: 1. Continue to use after the air pressure rises to 0.6 ~ 0.7mpa.

3. Clean the antifouling cover (pump seat) and use the filter hole smoothly

Phenomenon six: pump body vibration during operation

Fault: rotor shaft bending or excessive bearing wear.

Elimination method: adjust the pump shaft or replace the bearing.
