Introduction of mine pneumatic submersible pump

Mine pneumatic submersible pump is suitable for pumping and discharging sewage in dangerous places containing methane or coal dust explosion. It can be widely used in underground coal mine operation surface to transport groundwater containing solid particles such as dirt, coal powder and sediment. Impeller with special design, its strong sewage capacity, not because of solid particles or fiber inhalation and blockage, also not because of the inhalation of granular media and premature damage, the machine structure is simple, easy to move, assemble and disassemble, maintenance. It has the advantages of high efficiency, good performance and low air consumption.

Mine pneumatic submersible pump composition

The mine pneumatic submersible pump is composed of five parts: pneumatic motor, water pump, oil mist device, pipe joint and muffler.

1. Pneumatic motor part:

It consists of rotor, blade, cylinder, shell, upper and lower cylinder head, bearing gland, top cover and so on. There are four uniformly distributed radial grooves on the rotor, with blades in the grooves and an air vent on the upper and lower cylinder heads. When the air pump is started, the high pressure will blow the blades in the slot from the blow hole, and at the same time, a large number of high pressure will enter the cylinder from the main air duct to push the blades and drive the rotor to rotate for work. A sealing chamber is left at the bottom of the shell, and a sealing ring is inside the chamber to separate the air and water. The sealing ring adopts spring sealing, and USES the pressure of air and water to make the sealing ring rise and enhance the sealing effect.

2. Pump Part:

By the pump body, impeller, pump seat, etc. The impeller is mounted on the rotor shaft, the impeller nut is tightened, the pump body and pump seat are installed, and put into the water. The rotor drives the impeller to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the water flow is pressed into the vortex of the pump body and discharged along the outlet pipe.

3. Oil mist apparatus:

It is composed of oil mist shell, oil mist rod and oil regulating valve core, etc. The oil mist is installed on the top cover and the shell is filled with lubricating oil.

4. Pipe joint part:

It is composed of inlet joint and outlet elbow. The inlet combination joint is installed at the inlet outlet.

5. Muffler part:

The muffler is formed by stamping and welding steel plates and is installed at the exhaust outlet.

Precautions for mine pneumatic submersible pump

1. The submergence depth of the pump shall not exceed 0.40m.

2. The temperature of conveying medium shall not exceed 40℃.

3. Working environment temperature (2~40) ℃.

4. The PH of the conveying medium is in the range of 4~10.

5. The maximum diameter of the solid particles shall not exceed 3mm, and the volume concentration shall not exceed 2%.

6. The pump is powered by compressed air, whose pressure is within the range of (0.45~0.70) MPa and can meet the requirements of gas consumption.
