Characteristics and principle of LS30 roller tank lug

The roller can lug is mainly composed of roller, bracket, spring buffer device, base and so on. The spring buffer device consists of adjusting sleeve, adjusting screw, nut, disc spring shaft, guide sleeve, cap, setting screw, disc spring, flat key, cylinder and so on.

The roller tank ear buffer device adopts disc spring set, which conforms to coal standard MT236-1991. Its action principle is that the force of the roller is applied to the disc spring through the bracket, adjusting sleeve, adjusting screw and disc spring shaft, and the buffer is realized by releasing the disc spring set through the upper and lower movement of disc spring shaft.

The disk spring shaft moves up and down in the guide sleeve and the guide hole at the bottom of the cylinder. The bottom of the disk spring shaft has a keyway for milling. The disk spring shaft cannot rotate because of the flat key at the bottom of the cylinder. The guide sleeve is screwed into the cylinder barrel and pressed on the disk spring shaft so that the shaft shoulder of the disk spring shaft is pressed tightly on the disk spring. In order to be safe and reliable, the guide sleeve is used and the cap is locked, and the guide sleeve is equipped with drilling hole and tapping thread together with the cylinder barrel, and the disc spring is fastened with setting screws.

Because the rubber layer of the roller is worn during operation, the roller is tilted forward near the tank path by adjusting the screw. One end of the adjusting screw is left screw and the other end is right screw. Screw in the adjusting sleeve and disc spring shaft respectively. Loosen the nut under the adjusting screw during adjustment.
