According to the wear condition of the roller, the roller should be adjusted by loosening the screw lock nut and turning the screw to make the roller close to the tank path with a gap of 0 ~ 2mm. After adjustment, tighten the lock nut.

Check whether the top wire, nut, shaft end nut and the remaining fasteners of the roller spindle are fastened, whether the roller is loose, whether the roller is running and wearing, and whether the pendulum frame is out of shape, etc. If any abnormality is found, the cause should be found out, and it can only be used after recovery.

If any quality problem is found, it shall not be disassembled by itself. It shall be repaired or returned through negotiation with the distributor or directly contacted with the company.
