1, the main part: by the pump body, feed pipeline, discharge pipeline, its work is to suck and discharge.

2. Control system: The control system mainly USES the organic combination of air-controlled directional valve, travel switch, shuttle valve, ball valve, time-logic directional valve and other valve bodies to realize the control and switch of the actuator, so as to achieve the orderly conversion between the suction and discharge of the unit during work;

3. Vacuum suction module: The vacuum suction module is mainly composed of laval nozzle, negative pressure chamber and expansion tube after contraction and expansion. It is designed according to the principle of venturi effect, including air supply port, exhaust port and vacuum port. When the air supply pressure of the air supply port is higher than a certain value, supersonic jet is emitted from the nozzle. Due to the viscosity of the gas, high-speed jet rolls and sucks the gas in the negative pressure chamber, forming a relatively high vacuum degree in the chamber. The performance of the vacuum generator is related to the minimum diameter of the nozzle, the shape, diameter and relative position of the shrinkable and diffused nozzle, and the pressure of the air source. The vacuum suction assembly is connected with the suction port through the pump body. When the control system circulates and switches the control cylinder to work, the suction and discharge process of the unit can be completed.
