1. Working principle

A. Function of sending acoustic and optical signals

As shown in the figure, A# and B# are power terminals and C# are signal contact terminals. Press the dot button and all the online C# and B# terminals form a power loop through optocoupler. The integrated block IC1 generates electricity, sends sound signal to the speaker and makes the LED light up, and sends 200kHz carrier acousto-optic signal through the power line.

B. Receiving function:

The power supply of the receiver integrated block IC3 is obtained through transformer B1. When the talk button is not pressed, the receiver integrated block IC3 is electrified. Sound and optical signals sent by other stations are coupled with the power carrier through the coil L of transformer B2.

C. Simplex communication function:

Press the talk button, IC2 gets power, and the voice is sent to IC2 by the microphone MC. The amplified audio signals are coupled through L2 and L1 of transformer B2, and the audio signals induced by L1 coil are sent to other stations through the power line carrier, realizing simplex communication function.

1. Installation:

A. open the front cover of the flameproof chamber, and connect the wiring terminal a # and B# to the power supply 127V through the fuse. C# to other stations C#, core grounding.

B. It can be used after the system is connected to the power supply (4x1.5 square root rubber sheathing cable is used).

C. If the wiring is wrong, there will be noise or clicking sound. At this time, just switch one of the Wiring A# and B#.

2. Use:

A. Signal sending (rBI) : Press the signal button, and sound and optical signals will be issued simultaneously by the station and the online stations.

B. Call: Press the call button and send the language into the receiver. The voice sent by the receiver can be heard by the other party. Release the call button to accept the voice from other stations.
