Pneumatic double liquid grouting pump structure characteristics and operating rules

1. Wipe the pipe mouth clean before connecting the pipe, and then blow the impurities in the pipe for one time before connecting the pipe, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the air source; To ensure that all components are installed correctly and reliably, without damage or failure, open the inlet valve at a small Angle first.

A) Observe whether there is enough lubricating oil in the oil mist device (no. 32 oil is enough) and turn on the oil supply switch on the oil mist device at an appropriate Angle (about 20 drops /min). It is strictly prohibited for the oil mist device to work without oil.

B) Observe the water separation filter, and remove excessive water in the water separation filter at any time during work.

C) Observe whether each part is working normally and whether there is leakage in each joint. When the pump is working at full load, open the intake valve to the maximum.

5. Before pouring cement slurry, clean the cement grouting cylinder and pipeline thoroughly with clean water.

6. After the chemical grouting stops, it shall be cleaned with oil immediately (or in a special way), and it shall be cleaned in strict accordance with the operating rules. After the cement grouting stops, it shall be washed immediately with clean water to thoroughly clean the residual slurry. It is equipped with suction strainer and strainer hood. After cleaning the pump, the strainer hood must be turned to prevent dirt, water and air from entering the grouting cylinder.

7, grouting to always observe: out of the slurry pressure gauge, the slurry mixing ratio, the pump piston speed. Observe VAT, see suction pulp ratio is correct (such as the proportion is wrong, the speed of the grouting cylinder into the slurry pipe valve small or fold plasma absorption tube, increase the suction resistance slurry), if the ratio is still wrong, may be some grouting cylinder there is internal leakage, observe the pulp out pressure gauge (pressure gauge fluctuate, but there won't be back to zero), if the pressure gauge has back to zero, then the grouting cylinder may have internal leakage, replacement grouting cylinder seal and into the slurry seal management.

8. Do not drag the hose to move the grouting pump; Keep the hose away from traffic areas, sharp edges, moving parts and high temperature surfaces. Do not move the grouting pump when there is pressure supply.

9. When the grouting pump is working, the movement of its moving parts may clamp or even clip fingers or cause other injuries to the body. Therefore, when the pump is working, the body should keep a distance from its moving parts, and stop the wind and relieve pressure according to the procedure before maintenance of the grouting pump to prevent the pump from accidentally starting.

10, do not make the pump for a long time no load or light load high-speed operation, so as not to damage the moving parts.

11. The air source pressure shall not exceed 0.7mpa.
