QWZC series pneumatic horizontal brake is mainly composed of horizontal brake, driving shaft, rocker, torsional spring, cylinder, air control box and other parts. QWZC series pneumatic brake rely on the spring force to make horizontal brake remain the state of car to open a harvester direction resistance, blocking a harvester direction, slip, to prevent the car from moving gas control box control valve, cylinder piston rod under the action of compressed air, stretched out, and at the same time, drive the transmission mechanism of the rocker shaft rotation, close brake, harvesters, release when harvesters by moving control valves, pneumatic box under lying open automatically brake. 1. Before installation, all parts shall be inspected for defects caused in transportation and storage, and parts with defects shall not be used. The pneumatic horizontal brake is connected with the rail through i-steel, adjusted and tightened firmly, the cylinder is fixed on the I-steel through the mounting plate, the front and rear pin shafts of the cylinder are connected, the air control box is fixed at the designated position, the high-pressure air inlet pipe and the air inlet pipe of the cylinder are connected, and the cylinder protective cover is installed after debugging.

2. Adjust and turn the air control valve and test run the cylinder to make the horizontal brake close smoothly. Remove the air control valve and the horizontal brake automatically opens.

3. Maintenance of the rotating parts of pneumatic horizontal brake should be filled with lubricating oil regularly, once per shift. Regular maintenance of pneumatic horizontal brake, such as bolts loose, support loose, rotating part of abnormal wear, timely repair or replacement. Regularly carry out anti-rust treatment on each part.
