First, remove the pump shell to prevent rust

Two, replace the smooth oil

Three, ensure the seal of the pump

When replacing the smooth oil in the sealing room, if it is found that the oil quality is dirty and the water content has exceeded expenditure, it is necessary to replace the integral sealing box or dynamic and static sealing ring, and the replacement parts are necessary for qualified products to ensure its sealing function.

Four, check the pump and bearings

We need to check the upper and lower bearings of the motor part. If it is found that the wear and tear or the gap is too large, it is necessary to replace the new bearings in time. It is forbidden to use them for fear of causing greater economic losses.

Five, remove wet water

For motor windings with insulation resistance value lower than 0.5 megohm, it is necessary to remove wet moisture. The drying method is the same as that of the motor.

six. Ensure that the bearing is smooth

For mine submersible pumps, the skeleton oil seal and lithium-based smooth grease should be checked to replace the upper and lower end cover bearing chamber, so as to ensure the normal operation of the bearing for a long time in a smooth and outstanding state.
